Editorial policy
How articles on Run Stronger are produced, reviewed, disclosed and corrected.
Who operates this platform
Run Stronger is an independent editorial platform covering running, strength training and endurance performance. The platform is operated by Deldico B.V. The operator is also commercially involved with TYRUN. Where relevant, this relationship is disclosed in editorial content.
What we publish
Practical training guidance for endurance athletes. We aim to answer a specific question well rather than to cover a topic exhaustively. If an article does not help you decide something or do something, it should not exist.
How articles are produced
Articles are drafted by our editorial team, sometimes with AI assistance, and reviewed by a human editor before publication. AI assistance does not change who is accountable: an editor signs off on every published piece, and the byline is either a named person or the Run Stronger editorial desk. We do not invent authors, and we do not attribute articles to people who did not write or review them.
What we will not do
- Invent statistics, study results, records or participation numbers.
- Publish testimonials or quotes that were never given.
- Claim qualifications or credentials for an author that cannot be evidenced.
- Present training guidance as treatment for a medical condition.
- Describe a commercial relationship as independent editorial.
Evidence and uncertainty
Sports science is often less settled than fitness writing implies. Where the evidence is genuinely mixed — and for a lot of what runners argue about, it is — we say that. Where an article leans on a specific source, that source is listed at the bottom of the page.
Commercial disclosure
Sponsored articles, paid partnerships and affiliate links are labelled as such, in a visible notice at the top of the page. So is any article covering an event our operator is commercially involved with. A link to an event is never presented as a neutral recommendation when money is involved.
A commercial arrangement does not buy a favourable review, and it does not stop us covering a competing event. If we cannot write something honestly, we do not publish it.
Corrections
We fix errors and say that we have. See the corrections policy.
